Hi ,

First you need to install the blog to your main domain and not to a subdomain or add-on domain. After you will install it then you should try and see if it works. However you will get any other error or problems just let me know and i will help you to get it fixed.

I have the exact same problem with the user above, I tried to install it on the main domain but still the problem occurs.
