Adding Fields to the TAF Form

Can you add additional fields to the TAF form besides just the name and email address?

What you wnat to do with those fields?You can add in the form but would never be used because the script doesn't know about them.

In the TAF I'm sending, a telephone number is VERY important to me. Is there any way to add the "telephone number" to the script and have that telephone information supplied to me? If so, how do I re-write the script?

Is possible but would need many modifictaions of the script.
