I use Hostmonster.com hosting, I have a WP blog installed on my root folder
at holistichealingsite.com , I installed Word press cloner as directed into my Public_html/cloner folder and it says it was a "successful install"

I then confirmed it by going into my cpanel and I see the Cloner folder and all its files in my public_html folder.

When I type the Url holistichealingsite.com/cloner into internet explorer browser I get a "HTTP 500 internal server error" saying Most likely causes:
The website is under maintenance.
The website has a programming error.

When I use firefox browser I get a blank white page with nothing on it.

I have tried to install and uninstall 3 times with various changes and still get error messages.

I need to resolve this, I have already got my blog on my "ROOT folder" of my domain and installed it as directed. I was told by my hosting company not to give my FTP or Cpanel information out so I need to get suggestions to correct this myself or a refund because I followed directions exactly.

If you can PM me with your FTP/cPanel login details for your website i will take a look and fix this as well. I will let you know what was the problem. Please let me know if you have any other question or help.
