I can help you with the install of PLG if you are agree. I think something it is wrong or you have not uploaded the PLG into the right place. I saw that you are using yahoo hosting maybe that`s why. However i will recommend you to use another hosting that is more better then yahoo because from my part it is not so good and they do not offer so much feature as a normal host.
