My PLG sends me to the top level of my website instead of the correct link i.e. when I click the following link
http://www.ecommercemaverick.com/recommends/ptf
I get sent to http://www.ecommercemaverick.com

I am using v 4.8 How do I fix this???

Hi ,

When i click on the http://www.ecommercemaverick.com/recommends/ptf it does not redirect me to http://www.ecommercemaverick.com. If you are using the Cloak URL checkbox you will not be redirected to the ecommercemaverick.com and it will prevent the real website URL to show in the address bar and they will see only your campaign URL. Please let me know if you have more question or help.

Maybe I should have said it differently, but the cloaked link does not direct me to ptf which is Perpetual traffic formula as below.

https://touchstone.infusionsoft.com/go/ptr/ronnoe. This is the link I am cloaking and you should be able to see this goes to one location - the correct one and the cloaked redirect goes to a different location, which is the ecommercemaverick.com.

It does keep my http://www.ecommercemaverick.com/recommends/ptf in the address bar but that is not the correct site.

Also note that when I am logged in and in single view of the link and I click the cloaked link https://touchstone.infusionsoft.com/go/ptr/ronnoe it sends me too the eCommercemaverick.com site also. But I know it is the correct URL as I copied if from the PLG Campaign itself as above. This is a bit perplexing as I did not catch this immediately and lost a whole bunch of clicks and opt-ins to where I really wanted to send them.

I have 3 that are like this. The rest of my campaigns work correctly so this has me puzzled. Unless this is just doing this for me and is really working correctly.
